12. For custom orders, you are responsible for providing accurate specifications.

Withdrawal, Returns & Cancellation

38. Change-of-mind returns: Contact info@effnbeauty.com within 14 days after delivery to request a change-of-mind return. You then have a further 14 days after notifying us to send the goods back. Please take reasonable care of the products and return them with their original packaging where possible. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. For sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, the right to cancel does not apply once the seal has been broken after delivery. This exclusion does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.

39. Incorrect Details: If your order is returned or undeliverable due to incorrect details, we will refund the item cost only, not the shipping cost. Ensure your name, address, and contact details are correct at checkout.

40. Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible at info@effnbeauty.com. The 14-day change-of-mind deadline does not apply to faulty or incorrect item claims. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Please include:

• Your order name
• Your order number
• A picture of the incorrect or faulty item
  We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Delivery

27. We aim to deliver orders within the agreed timeframe, but no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

28. Address Changes: If your order has not been shipped, we may be able to change the delivery address. However, due to our fast shipping process, we cannot guarantee address modifications after an order is placed.

29. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details. Please monitor your tracking and contact us if any delivery issues arise.

International Shipping

32. We primarily deliver within the UK. For international shipping, please visit BeautyBay, where our products are available for international orders.

Risk & Title

36. Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery.

37. You do not own the products until full payment has been received. If payment is overdue, we may cancel delivery and request the return of goods.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Complaints

59. This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

60. Disputes will be resolved in English and Welsh courts, or in Scotland/Northern Ireland for customers residing there.
